

The Property was originally valued by estate agents at €600,000.00
Since then, as we all know the housing market has had a turn for the worse and although prices in Spain are not tumbling it does make sense to make the property as affordable as possible, with this in mind we have reduced the asking price to
€ 445,000.00
But wait, there`s more to this story.............
We are now retired and want to return to the U.K. Which means we´d be changing our proceeds into Sterling, at the moment and for the foreseeable future, the pound is weak and getting weaker, This has the effect of making property in Spain more expensive to Sterling purchasers, we would stand to profit quite a bit from this but we have decided not to be greedy, we are not on a last minute ditch to get rich, we just want to fulfil our aim, and move back to where we want to be. So this is why the asking price is still negotiable.
Also we intend to buy a flat in Gibraltar, That we can come to when the weather in England becomes unbearable, So if anyone in Gib. wants to offer a flat in part exchange we will consider it.
